How to play
The game of baseball is quite simple, there really isn't that much to it, and becaus it is that simple, im going to make you a list of what you do based on your position in the game
- Batters
- The batter must choose a bat to use
- To choose your bat, a decent size is having the nob in the middle of your chest and the end of the bat at your fingertips
- While batting, the goal is to hit the ball as far as possible, the best hit being a homerun/grandslam
- The 2nd and last objective is to run from home base to 1st, to 2nd, to 3rd, back to home, without getting out
- Pitcher
- The pitcher tries to get the batter out
- This can be done by throwing strikes
- If the ball is hit, then the pitcher is only able to do something if it is hit toward them, or someone is running home and the ball is thrown to them
- Catcher
- The catchers job is to make sure the ball does not get past them when thrown by the pitcher
- If the ball does go by them, and they touched it, the batter is free to run to first if they wish
- If the batter tips the ball up, then the catcher is able to catch the ball
- If there is someone running home, then an in-fielder/out-fielder can throw the ball to the catcher to get the runner out
- in-fielders
- The infielders consist of the pitcher, 1st base, 2nd base, pit stop, and 3rd base
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd basemen all have the job of getting batters out so they cannot score a point
- Pit stop is simply a helper to 2nd and 3rd basemen
- Outfielders
- Outfielders job is to catch any high flying balls that come to their area
- The outfielders consist of left field, center field, and right field
- If a ball goes past the in-fielders, you should grab the ball and throw it to who ever would benefit from having it the most
