Baseball is a game that you can play in your backyard, or in a baseball field, and you can play with anyone as it is playable no matter how much experiance you have. Baseball is played with two teams, each team has 9 players that can be on the field, where as all the players can bat. When batting, your job is to hit the ball as best as you can (generally) as soon as you hit the ball, you must run to first base, if you feel you can, you could run to 2nd or 3rd base. You may at some point hit the ball out of the field into the stadium, if so, this is call a homerun, and if all bases have players on them, it is called a grandslam, getting a home run simply means you get to go around all bases back to home base (the spot at which you bat) and any time someone crosses home base from 3rd base, their team gets a point. If you are in the field, your job is to stop the batters from getting anywhere, to do this, you can catch the ball once hit before it hits the ground which means the batter is out, if it hits the ground, the ball must be thrown to the player on the base they are going to. If you have the ball, but you are off the base, the only way to get the batter out is to tag them with the hand the ball is in. Once 3 outs have occured, teams switch place, after both teams have been in the field and batting, the inning is over, in total there are 9 innings unless there is a tie by the ninth, in which case the game goes on until one team finally has more points than the other.
